This Terms of Service document applies to David Kravec (doing business as Conversion Growth) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our Services, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website, all services and any email or other type of communication between you and Conversion Growth.

Under no circumstances shall Conversion Growth team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Conversion Growth team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Conversion Growth will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All our prices are final. Payments are made at the end of each month, and we charge a 10% commission on the revenue we generate for you.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively referred to as "suggestions") that you provide to Conversion Growth regarding the website will remain the sole and exclusive property of Conversion Growth.

Conversion Growth has the right to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute your suggestions for any purpose, in any manner, without providing you with credit or compensation.

This agreement will stay in effect until you or Conversion Growth decide to end it. Conversion Growth can end or pause this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without letting you know in advance.

This agreement will also end right away without warning if Conversion Growth decides to terminate it.

Ending this agreement does not take away any of Conversion Growth's legal rights or actions if you broke any part of the agreement while it was active.

Copyright infringement notice

If you are a copyright owner or someone acting on their behalf and believe any content on our website violates your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
• A clear description of the material you believe infringes your copyright.

Conversion Growth does not give any warranties, either express or implied, about the website. This means we don’t promise that the website will work in a certain way or that it will be free from errors.

We don’t guarantee that the website will meet your needs, work without interruption, or be error-free. We also don’t promise that any problems or mistakes will be fixed.

Additionally, we don’t make any promises about the website's accuracy, reliability, or whether it will be free from harmful things like viruses or malware.

Limitation of liability

Even if you experience damages, the total amount that Conversion Growth and its suppliers will be responsible for is limited to the amount you paid for the website.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Conversion Growth on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Conversion Growth concerning the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Conversion Growth’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AND Conversion Growth AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Waiver

If either you or Conversion Growth doesn’t use a right or ask for something to be done, it doesn’t mean you can’t use that right later. Also, if there’s a problem or mistake, fixing it doesn’t mean the same thing will be forgiven in the future.

If we take a long time to use a right or don’t use it right away, it doesn’t mean we’ve given up on it. Also, using a right or power once doesn’t stop us from using it again or using other rights we have. If there’s a conflict between this agreement and other rules, this agreement will win.

Amendments to this agreement

Conversion Growth can change or update this agreement whenever it wants. If the change is big, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it happens. We’ll decide what counts as a big change.

If you keep using the website and our services after the changes are made, it means you agree with the new rules. If you don’t agree, you can’t use our website and services anymore.

Entire agreement

This agreement is the full and final one between you and Conversion Growth about using the website. It replaces all past agreements, whether written or spoken.

If you use other services from Conversion Growth, there might be extra rules for those, and we will give you those rules when you use or buy those services.

Intellectual property

The website and everything on it (including all information, software, text, pictures, videos, sounds, and its design) is owned by Conversion Growth or others who provided this material. It is protected by laws in Slovakia and around the world, including copyright and trademark laws. You can’t copy, change, download, or share anything from the website without getting permission from Conversion Growth first, unless the rules say it's okay. Any unauthorized use is not allowed.

Agreement to arbitrate

This part applies to any disagreements, EXCEPT if the disagreement is about protecting or enforcing your or Conversion Growth's intellectual property rights. A "dispute" means any problem or argument between you and Conversion Growth about the services or this agreement, whether it's about a contract, law, or any other legal issue.

Notice of dispute

If there’s a disagreement, you or Conversion Growth must send a Notice of Dispute. This is a written letter with the name, address, and contact information of the person sending it, what the problem is, and what you want to happen. You should send it by email to: business@conversion-growth.com. Conversion Growth will send the notice to your address or email, whichever we have. You and Conversion Growth will try to work out the problem through informal talks for 60 days. If you can’t fix it in that time, you can start arbitration.

Binding arbitration

If you and Conversion Growth can’t solve the disagreement through informal talks, the problem will be solved by arbitration, which is like a private court. You are giving up the right to go to court in front of a judge or jury. The arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If needed, either side can go to court to get help before the arbitration ends. The side that wins the arbitration will get their costs paid by the other side.

Promotions

From time to time, Conversion Growth may offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that require you to submit personal information. Please note that each Promotion may have its own rules, including requirements like age and location restrictions. It is your responsibility to read the rules for each Promotion to see if you’re eligible to participate. If you enter any Promotion, you agree to follow all the rules. Additional terms and conditions may apply if you buy goods or services through the Promotions, which will also be part of this Agreement.

Typographical errors

If a product or service is listed with the wrong price or incorrect information because of a typing error, we have the right to cancel any orders for that product or service. This applies whether or not your order has been confirmed or if your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately refund the charge to your credit card or other payment account.

Miscellaneous

If a court decides that any part of these Terms of Service can’t be enforced, the rest of the terms will still apply. If Conversion Growth decides to waive (ignore) any rule in these Terms, it will only count if it is in writing and signed by an authorized person at Conversion Growth. If you break these Terms, Conversion Growth can take legal action right away without waiting. Conversion Growth operates its service from Slovakia. The service is not meant for use in places where it’s against the law. If you use it from another country, it’s your responsibility to follow the local laws. These Terms of Service, which include the Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Conversion Growth and can’t be changed by you. The headings in this agreement are just for convenience and don’t have any legal meaning.

Conversion Growth is not responsible for any mistakes in the content, code, or any other part of the service.

Conversion Growth does not promise or guarantee anything about the service.

Conversion Growth is not responsible for any damages (such as loss of money or data) that happen because you use the service or its content. Conversion Growth can change the content on the service at any time, without warning.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantees of any kind. Conversion Growth only distributes content from other companies, it doesn’t control or edit it. Conversion Growth can’t promise that the content is accurate, up-to-date, or reliable. It also doesn’t promise that the service will work without problems, errors, or interruptions.
